Fidura & Associates, Inc. is seeking direct support professionals to assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in group homes in the Richmond region.

Shifts include day, evening, overnight and PRN/relief, with opportunities to build meaningful, long-term relationships. You will help with medication administration, daily living activities, housekeeping, and meal preparation, while documenting care and reporting any changes to the team.

Competenze

• Must be 21 years or older.
• For Drivers: Must be 21 years of age or older & have VA state license and acceptable driving record.
• Must be able to bend, kneel and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must have reliable transportation for all shifts.

We are currently seeking direct support professionals to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in group home setting in our Richmond Region. Day, evening, overnight and PRN/Relief shifts available.

• Assistance with Housekeeping
• Meal Preparation

Requirements

• Must be a 21 years or older.
