Job summary

Collage Rehabilitation Partners is seeking Part-Time Direct Support Professionals for our 8-bed residential programs in West Chester, Malvern, and Paoli. You will provide essential daily living assistance, support therapies, and accompany clients to appointments in a compassionate, structured setting.

The role emphasizes safety, patient dignity, and helping clients achieve daily living and vocational goals. Requires a HS diploma, 21+, valid driver’s license, and ability to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.

• Diplomas from non-U.S. educational institutions must include evaluation for U.S. equivalence.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene (grooming, bathing, feeding).
• Assist with therapies.
• Drive and accompany clients to appointments, activities, and outings.

For more than 40 years, we've developed programs to meet the diverse needs of clients with moderate to severe traumatic and acquired brain injuries. We provide treatment for post-concussion syndrome, stroke, memory loss, neurobehavioral issues and accident or sports-related head injuries.

We are searching for Part -Time Direct Support Professionals to work in our 8 bed residential programs located in West Chester, Malvern, and/or Paoli.

Hourly Rate: $18-$20 per hour, based on experience and education.

Schedule Options: Any mix of Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday 7a-3p and/or 1p-9p.

This position provides minimum to maximum assistance and/or supervision to promote our clients' success in daily living tasks, recreational activities, and vocational pursuits.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting clients with personal care and hygiene (grooming, bathing and feeding).
• Assisting with therapies.
• Driving and accompanying clients to appointments, activities, and other outings.

Candidates must be comfortable working with a variety of medically complicated and behaviorally challenged clients.

Requirements:

• A high school diploma or GED is required***
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license and responsible driving behaviors must be maintained.
• Ability to lift 50lbs.
• Diplomas from non-U.S. educational institutions must include professional documentation/evaluation that the non-U.S. educational program is equivalent to or exceeds U.S. educational requirements; documentation is required prior to becoming an employee.
