Job summary

Venture Community Services Inc. seeks a Direct Support Professional to empower adults 22+ with developmental disabilities.

You will provide daily living support, assist with meal prep, transportation, and community activities while promoting independence and dignity. The position offers a full-time schedule with varied shifts, a pay rate of $17.50–$19.00 per hour plus paid training and a $1,000 sign-on bonus for full-time staff and $500 for part-time.

• Assist with activities of daily living and accompany clients to medical appointments and community events.
• Follow Behavior Support Plans, Individual Support Plans and goals.
