Fitzmaurice Community Services, Inc. is seeking Direct Support Professionals to provide individualized support and care in a licensed community residential facility. This role focuses on daily living skills, personal care, and community engagement while promoting independence and dignity.

The company offers paid training, benefits, a 403b plan and AFLAC, plus a $500 NADSP certification incentive after 90 days. Schedule is Mon-Fri 7:00am-3:00pm, totaling 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Ability to pass and maintain Medication Certification & CPR/First Aid Certifications
• Provide and Maintain a Valid U.S. Driver’s License

Responsabilités

• Provide intensive individual support and personal care services to clients.
• Promote independence and autonomy by teaching daily living and behavior management skills.
• Engage clients in structured activities that encourage growth and participation.
• Complete all required documentation promptly, including time and attendance, daily logs, progress notes, and monthly reports.
• Participate in ongoing communication and planning for individualized program implementation.
• Administer medications and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Use the least intrusive intervention methods to support clients effectively.
• Foster community integration by encouraging the use of public resources and recreational opportunities.
