Fitzmaurice Community Services, Inc. in Pennsylvania seeks Direct Support Professionals to provide individualized support in a licensed community residential facility. DSPs assist with daily living, personal care, and community engagement while promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Schedule: Mon-Fri 7:00am-3:00pm, 40 hrs/week. We offer PAID Training, no experience required, benefits, 403b and AFLAC to support your growth.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass and maintain Medication Certification & CPR/First Aid Certifications.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License and insurable under company policy.

• Provide intensive individual support and personal care to clients.
• Teach daily living and behavior management skills to promote independence.
• Engage clients in structured activities; encourage participation.
• Complete time and attendance, logs, progress notes, and monthly reports.
• Participate in ongoing planning for individualized program implementation.
• Administer medications and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Use least intrusive intervention methods to support clients effectively.
• Foster community integration by encouraging use of public resources.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information.

• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information.
