Salary Range: $14.50 To $15.00 Hourly

Support Services of Virginia is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Virginia Beach to provide support to individuals with developmental disabilities in residential settings. We are specifically hiring for overnight coverage from 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM.

As a Direct Support Professional, you will assist individuals in achieving a balance between what is important to them and what is important for them while supporting their goals, independence, and overall quality of life.

SSVA provides services 24 hours a day. This position is specifically for the overnight shift, with scheduled hours from 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM in Virginia Beach. Candidates should be available to work the overnight schedule based on program and staffing needs.

Virtual interviews and training are conducted through Zoom.

Compensation

• Starting pay: $14.50 per hour
• Opportunity to increase to $15.00 per hour upon completion of training and medication certification requirements

Requirements
