Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.

Direct Support Professional (DSP) – $16.00-18.00-/hr + $1,000 Signing Bonus (Paid throughout the year/Must work 20 hours per week to qualify for Bonus)

Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). As a DSP, you will assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), community participation, and behavioral support while helping clients live independently. What You’ll Do

Pay & Signing Bonus

Starting Pay: $16.00-18.00-/hour

$1,000 signing bonus paid in 3 installments when averaging 20+ hours/week
