Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with IDD in Morganton. You will assist with ADLs, community participation, and behavioral support to help clients live independently.

The role offers flexible schedules, weekly pay, paid onboarding and training, and opportunities for advancement. You’ll join a mission-driven team that supports clients, families, and case managers, with bonuses and benefits based on hours

Responsibilities

• Encourage independence and help individuals develop new skills
• Monitor health and safety while maintaining a supportive environment
• Communicate with Abound team members, families, and external parties as needed
• Complete documentation and maintaining schedules
• Complete ongoing training and professional development

Job Title: Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver – Morganton

Direct Support Professional (DSP) – $16.00-18.00-/hr + $1,000 Signing Bonus (Paid throughout the year/Must Avg 20 hours per week to qualify for Bonus)

As a DSP, you will assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), community participation, and behavioral support while helping clients live independently. Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid driver’s license, current automotive insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass criminal record, driving record, and healthcare registry checks
• Willingness to address personal care needs when necessary
