Job summary

Collage Rehabilitation Partners seeks Direct Support Professionals to support adults in our Greensburg and Irwin, Pennsylvania residential programs.

You will assist with daily living, personal care, therapies and drive or accompany clients to appointments and activities; must be 18+, have a HS diploma or GED, valid driver's license, and be able to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license and responsible driving behavior.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Non-US education must be evaluated for equivalence before employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide minimum to maximum assistance and/or supervision to promote client success in daily living tasks, recreation, and vocational pursuits.
• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene, therapies, and transport to appointments and activities.
• Work with medically complex and behaviorally challenged clients.

We are searching forDirect Support Professionals to workin our residential programs located in Greensburg and Irwin Pennsylvania.

• This position provides minimum to maximum assistance and/or supervision to promote our clients’ success in daily living tasks, recreational activities and vocational pursuits
• Responsibilities include assisting clients with personal care and hygiene, therapies, and driving and accompanying clients to appointments, activities and other outings
• Candidates must be comfortable working with a variety of medically complicated and behaviorally challenged clients

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED is required***
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a valid driver's license and responsible driving behaviors must be maintained
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Diplomas from non-U.S. educational institutions must include professional documentation/evaluation that the non-U.S. educational program is equivalent to or exceeds U.S. educational requirements; documentation is required prior to becoming an employee
