Location: Jonesboro, Arkansas

Job Type: Part-Time | Weekend Shift

Pay Range: $12.50 - $14.00 / hour

Available Shifts

• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Saturday 8:00 PM – Sunday 8:00 AM (Overnight Shift)
• Sunday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (may extend to 10:00 PM)

Shift assignments may vary based on individual needs and scheduling.

Support staff will assist with community outings, daily routines, meal preparation, and encouraging engagement in enjoyable activities such as walks, music, and time outside. Strong communication skills, attentiveness, and compassion are important for this role, as the individual communicates non‑verbally and relies heavily on staff support throughout the day.

The ideal caregiver will be dependable, gentle, observant, and committed to providing person‑centered support that promotes comfort, dignity, safety, and overall well‑being.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or 1 year relevant experience)
• 18 years or older
• Required to pass background checks and required clearances
• Flexibility to work weekend schedules
• Reliable transportation and valid drivers license.

Working Conditions

• Work occurs in people's homes, community settings, and agency sites; may include standing, walking, and driving.
