Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with IDD in Jefferson, NC. You will assist with ADLs, community participation, and behavioral support while helping clients live as independently as possible.

Starting pay ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 per hour with a $1,000 signing bonus paid in installments after meeting 20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass criminal record, driving record, and healthcare registry checks.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities is not required; paid training provided.
• Willingness to address personal care needs when necessary.

As a DSP, you will assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), community participation, and behavioral support while helping clients live independently. Pay & Signing Bonus

Starting Pay: $16.00-18.00-/hour

$1,000 signing bonus paid in 3 installments when averaging 20+ hours/week
