Shema Kolainu-Hear Our Voices in New York is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to assist students with autism in daily living, communication, and therapy supports. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement IEPs and BIPs, monitor progress, and document outcomes.

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will play a vital role in supporting our students in achieving their full potential for independence, productivity, and inclusion in the community.
As a DSP, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide direct support to our students, including:
Schedule: 3.5 hours (community habilitation services) from Monday-Thursday, any time of the day, preferably around 12pm, Friday and Saturday 3 hours a day (respite services) Anytime of day.
