The role includes assisting with daily living activities, monitoring health needs, accompanying clients to appointments, and communicating with supervisors

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience as a DSP, caregiver, home health aide, or related field preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• Ability to pass a background check and meet state compliance requirements.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a patient, empathetic, and person-centered approach.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required

Prior experience as a DSP, caregiver, home health aide, or in a related field preferred

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred

CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)

Ability to pass a background check and meet state compliance requirements

Strong interpersonal skills with a patient, empathetic, and person-centered approach

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
