Hope Network in Michigan is seeking a Direct Support Professional to help individuals build independence while growing their career. DSPs provide person-centered support with daily living activities, health and wellness, and meaningful skill development to foster community inclusion.

You’ll assist with ADLs and medications, support outings and transportation, and help create a safe, supportive environment. This role emphasizes compassion, reliability, and teamwork to empower those served.

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at Hope Network, you’ll help individuals build independence, achieve personal goals, and thrive within their community. DSPs provide compassionate, person-centered support with daily living activities, community involvement, health and wellness, and meaningful skill development — helping create comebacks every day.

• Valid driver’s license

• Ability to pass background checks and fingerprints
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification
