Job summary

Oasis-Habilitation in New Jersey is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to assist individuals with developmental disabilities in home and community settings. This per diem, flexible schedule role supports autonomy and inclusion, providing meaningful work for those who care.

You will help with daily living activities, encourage participation in the community, and document progress notes. You will work with families and the care team to deliver dependable, respectful support that promotes
