Support Services of Virginia is currently hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Virginia Beach to assist individuals with developmental disabilities in residential and community-based environments. As a Direct Support Professional, you will play an important role in helping individuals build independence, participate in their communities, and maintain a balance between what is important to them and what is important for them. Schedule & Work Environment

Support Services of Virginia provides services 24 hours a day and has openings for day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts. Team members are expected to work a minimum of two weekend shifts each month as part of their regular schedule. No matter which shift you work, your contributions will have a direct impact on the quality of life of the individuals you support.

Virtual interviews and training are available through Zoom.

Compensation

• Starting pay: $14.50 per hour
• Opportunity to earn $15.00 per hour after completing training requirements and medication certification clearance
• All certifications must be verified
