Abound Health in Raleigh, NC is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with IDD. DSPs assist with ADLs, community participation, and behavioral support to help clients live independently.

The role involves building positive relationships, helping with meals, hygiene, transportation, and social activities. Flexible schedules and weekly pay are offered along with a $1,000 signing bonus and paid onboarding.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license, current automotive insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass criminal record, driving record, and healthcare registry checks.
• Willingness to address personal care needs when necessary.
• Lifting may be required, depending on client needs.

Responsibilities

Monday's 9am-3pm

Tuesday's 9am-3pm

Wednesday's 9am-3pm

Thursday's 6:30am-3pm

Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). As a DSP, you will assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), community participation, and behavioral support while helping clients live independently. Pay & Signing Bonus

Starting Pay: $17.00/hour

$1,000 signing bonus paid in 3 installments when averaging 20+ hours/week
