Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with IDD. The role involves assisting with ADLs, community participation, and behavioral support to help clients live independently.

Qualifications

Direct Support Professional (DSP) – $16.00-17.00/hr + $1,000 Signing Bonus – Shallotte

Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). As a DSP, you will assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), community participation, and behavioral support while helping clients live independently. What You’ll Do

As a DSP, you will provide hands-on support that helps individuals build independence and confidence. Being a DSP is a rewarding experience – you will genuinely make a difference in somebody’s life. Responsibilities will include:

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older

Valid driver’s license, current automotive insurance, and reliable transportation

Ability to pass criminal record, driving record, and healthcare registry checks

Willingness to address personal care needs when necessary

Lifting may be required, depending on client needs

Experience working with individuals with disabilities is not required – we provide paid training and support

Pay & Signing Bonus

Starting Pay: $-/hour

$1,000 signing bonus paid in 3 installments when averaging 20+ hours/week
