Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) across our Residential Group Homes and 1:1 In-Home Community Care across the state of Pennsylvania. We have full-time and part-time opportunities available on multiple shifts.
As a DSP, you will assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), community participation, and behavioral support while helping residents live as independently as possible.
