Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with IDD. As a DSP you will assist with ADLs, community participation, and behavioral support while helping clients live independently.

We offer flexible schedules (full-time and part-time), weekly pay, paid onboarding and training, a $1,000 signing bonus, and clear opportunities for advancement within a compassionate team.

What You’ll Do

As a DSP you will provide hands on support that helps individuals build independence and confidence at home in the community and in the workplace Being a DSP is a rewarding experience you will genuinely make a difference and contribute to someones journey towards a more meaningful life

Pay & Signing Bonus

Pay & Signing Bonus Starting Pay 23hour for non acuity; 33hour for acuity 1000 signing bonus paid when averaging 20 hoursweek paid in 3 installments 90 days 333 6 months 333 and 12 months 334

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid drivers license current automotive insurance and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass criminal record driving record and healthcare registry checks
• Willingness to address personal care needs when necessary
• Lifting may be required depending on client needs
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities is not required we provide paid training and support
