Job summary

Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with IDD. As a DSP, you will assist with ADLs, community participation, and behavioral support to help clients live independently.

We offer flexible schedules (full-time and part-time), weekly pay, paid onboarding and training, a $1,000 signing bonus, and opportunities for advancement as you grow with our mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Ability to pass background and healthcare registry checks.
• Willingness to provide personal care assistance.
• Ability to lift may be required; patient handling.

Direct Support Professional (DSP) – $16.00-17.00/hr + $1,000 Signing Bonus –Boiling Spring Lakes

Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). As a DSP, you will assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), community participation, and behavioral support while helping clients live independently. What You’ll Do

• Build positive relationships and support individuals in achieving personal goals
• Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, hygiene, and household tasks
• Support individuals in community participation, employment, and social activities
• Use adaptive tools to aid learning and facilitate communication
• Encourage independence and help individuals develop new skills
• Monitor health and safety while maintaining a supportive environment
• Communicate with Abound team members, families, and external parties (case managers, etc.) as needed
• Complete documentation and maintaining schedules
• Complete ongoing training and professional development
• Flexible schedules (full-time and part-time opportunities)

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid driver’s license, current automotive insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass criminal record, driving record, and healthcare registry checks
• Willingness to address personal care needs when necessary
• Lifting may be required, depending on client needs
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities is not required – we provide paid training and support

Pay & Signing Bonus

Starting Pay: $-/hour

$1,000 signing bonus paid in 3 installments when averaging 20+ hours/week
