Job summary

Dungarvin in Farmington, NM is seeking Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals with disabilities in daily tasks, personal care and community activities. You will provide hands-on support, promote independence and maintain dignity, while documenting progress.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on assistance, encouragement and guidance.

Job Description

Direct Support Professional (DSP) caregiver provides direct support, positive direction, instruction, and assistance to individuals with mental, intellectual & developmental, and physical disabilities. The ultimate goal is to empower individuals with disabilities to live as independently and comfortably as possible while maintaining their dignity and respect.
