Hope Network in Michigan is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at Bay Haven for full-time 2nd/3rd shift (36 hours). You will assist with daily living, medications, transportation, and community activities to empower individuals to build independence.

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at Hope Network, you’ll help individuals build independence, achieve personal goals, and thrive within their community. DSPs provide compassionate, person-centered support with daily living activities, community involvement, health and wellness, and meaningful skill development — helping create comebacks every day.

• Assist with daily living (ADLs), personal care, and medications
• Support community outings, transportation, and activities
• Build positive relationships and encourage independence
• Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment
