Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities: hygiene, bathing, dressing, feeding, grooming.
• Transfer to appointments and community events; drive wheelchair van.
• Complete ISP and daily logs; track behavioral data.
• Administer medications; maintain accurate documentation.
• Provide companionship, mentorship and redirect behaviors.
• Maintain a clean, safe residential program while upholding residents' rights.
• Manage staff-to-resident ratios; assist with home management tasks.

The hourly rate is $21.63. You will be a union member to SEIU Local 509.Group Home Details: As a residential skills instructor or Awake Overnight staff, you will be assisting 4 individuals ranging from ages 22 and up, with their activities of daily living (ADL’s) such as - feeding, cooking, cleaning, personal hygiene assistance, documentation, and medication administration. You will use a wheelchair van to transport individuals to appointments and community activities. During the overnight hours, you will also be responsible for remaining alert and attentive, conducting routine wellness checks on individuals, and providing personal care support, including toileting assistance and brief changes as needed.
