Job summary

ViaQuest is hiring Direct Support Professionals in Bowling Green, OH, with both full-time and part-time positions. No prior experience is required as comprehensive training is provided to support individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes.

You will assist with daily living activities, foster independence, and ensure health and safety. Benefits include paid training, PTO, and flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• Reliable vehicle for transporting individuals served.
• Valid Ohio driver’s license and car insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, promoting independence and safety.
• Supervise, teach, and assist individuals in daily living activities.
• Complete household tasks including meal prep and maintaining a clean living environment.
