Brightway Living & Learning is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for adult residential services in Smithtown, NY. This full-time, hourly position offers a pay range of $21.00–$23.10 per hour. A valid NYS Driver's License with 18+ months of driving and successful completion of Transportation Orientation are required.

New hires not meeting criteria may start at $19/hour. You will provide personalized care, transportation, meal prep, and community activities while helping individuals build

Shifts Available:

• Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday: 7a-10a/2:30p-9:30p, Saturday: 12p-10p. (40 hours)
• Monday: 2:30p-9:30p, Wednesday: 7a-10a/2:30p-9:30p, Saturday: 12p-10p (30 hours)
• Tuesday & Thursday: 2:30p-9:30p, Saturday: 7a-5p, Sunday: 7a-12p (30 hours)

The Role: As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities in their daily lives. You will work closely with them, assisting with daily living activities, fostering their independence, promoting their well-being, and helping them connect with their communities. This is a truly rewarding opportunity to build meaningful relationships and make a tangible difference. This position requires a valid NYS Driver's License for 18+ months with a clean driving history and successful completion of Brightway Living and Learning Transportation Orientation. New Hires that do not meet these criteria will be offered a lower rate, starting at $19.00/hour.
