Brightway Living & Learning in Nesconset, NY is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for adult residential services. This part-time, on-site role offers meaningful work supporting individuals with disabilities and helping them participate in daily activities and community outings.

The position requires a valid NYS Driver's License for 18+ months with a clean driving history and completion of Brightway Transportation Orientation.

DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL (DSP)

Part-time, Hourly $21.00 – $23.10/hour

Shifts Available:

• Monday: 3pm-10pm, Wednesday: 4pm-9pm, Saturday: 5pm-9pm, Sunday: 4pm-9pm (21hours/week)

The Role: As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities in their daily lives. You will work closely with them, assisting with daily living activities, fostering their independence, promoting their well-being, and helping them connect with their communities. This is a truly rewarding opportunity to build meaningful relationships and make a tangible difference. This position requires a valid NYS Driver's License for 18+ months with a clean driving history and successful completion of Brightway Living & Learning's Transportation Orientation. New Hires that do not meet this criteria will be offered a lower rate, starting at $19.00/hour.
