Brightway Living & Learning is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for Adult Day Services (Without Walls) in Medford, NY. This full-time, on-site position offers an hourly rate of $21.00 – $23.10/hour with shifts Monday–Friday 8am-4pm and requires a valid NYS Driver's License with a clean driving history.

You will provide personalized care, support daily living activities, and help participants build independence while promoting community involvement and well-being.

The Role:

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities in their daily lives. You will work closely with them, assisting with daily living activities, fostering their independence, promoting their well-being, and helping them connect with their communities. This is a truly rewarding opportunity to build meaningful relationships and make a tangible difference. This position requires a valid NYS Driver's License for 18+ months with a clean driving history and successful completion of Brightway’s Transportation Orientation. New Hires that do not meet this criteria will be offered a lower rate, starting at $19.00/hour.

Full-Time, Hourly $21.00 – $23.10/hour
