You'll work full-time with a schedule including evenings and weekends, earn $19.06–$19.44 per hour, and join a team dedicated to meaningful, compassionate care and community integration.

Qualifications

Hourly Rate: $19.06-$19.44/hr

Schedule: Full Time - Wednesday 2pm-11pm, Thursday and Friday 3pm-11pm, Saturday 9am-11pm

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) within our Adult Residential North program, you'll empower individuals living with intellectual and developmental disabilities to realize their best life.

Bancroft is a leading service-provider for children and adults with autism, other intellectual or developmental disabilities or those in need of neurological rehabilitation.

We are looking for Direct Support Professionals that are passionate about providing quality care in a positive and empathetic manner. Our Direct Support Professionals must have a strong desire to work with autistic, intellectually and/or developmentally disabled individuals.

Qualifications

We're Hiring Compassionate Team Members Who:
