Bancroft is hiring Direct Support Professionals for the Adult Residential North program in Cinnaminson, NJ. The DSP will empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to lead fuller lives, following personalized care plans and engaging with families and guardians.

This full-time role requires weekend availability, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities accompany the position.

Hourly Rate:$19.06-$19.44/hr

Schedule:Full-Time - Wednesday 2pm-11:30pm, Thursday and Friday 2:30pm-10pm, Saturday 10am-10pm

We are looking for Direct Support Professionals that are passionate about providing quality care in a positive and empathetic manner. Our Direct Support Professionals must have a strong desire to work with autistic, intellectually and/or developmentally disabled individuals.

Qualifications

We’re Hiring Compassionate Team Members Who:
