Connections in Ohio is seeking an energetic and passionate person who will provide supported living services to individuals with developmental disabilities in our Summit homes.

What’s a day like as a DSP? Working alongside our individuals to help with daily living needs!

Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assisting each individual in reaching personal goals or growth — Help someone learn how to cook their favorite meal!
• Transportation to community outings (Zoo, movies, grocery store, etc.)
• Meal Preparation
• Assist individuals with household cleaning
• Medical appointments
• Passing Medication

• Competitive pay rates: DSP $17.75/hour, no experience needed. 2nd shift (3-11p): $18.75/hour. DSP Float: $19.75/hour (experience preferred).

Part-time and Full-time positions available!

Shifts include: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts (wake and sleep). Candidates must provide availability at the scheduled interview, including one weekend shift.

DSP Float Position: This is a part-time or full-time role for candidates who thrive on variety. Work locations vary weekly, with an average of 8-32 hours for part-time and 36-40 hours for full-time roles, including 1 weekend day.
