Direct Support Professional (DSP) 17.25 - 20.25 / hr

Join Connections in Ohio as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) and make a difference in someone's life! We are seeking energetic and passionate individuals to provide supported living services to individuals with developmental disabilities in Cuyahoga County.

Competitive pay rates:

• DSP: $17.25/hour, no experience needed
• 2nd shift (3-11 pm): $18.25/hour
• DSP Float: $19.25/hour, experience preferred
• 2nd shift (3-11 pm): $20.25/hour

We offer weekly orientations, paid training, competitive benefits, paid leave, 401k, bonuses, promotions, and a referral program ($250 per referral).

Positions available include part-time and full-time roles on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, including wake and sleep shifts. Candidates should provide availability at the interview, including one weekend shift. Work locations vary weekly, with guaranteed hours depending on the position.

Responsibilities include:

• Helping individuals reach personal goals, such as cooking their favorite meal
• Transportation to community outings
• Meal preparation and household cleaning
