As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at Robin Hill Farm, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting and caring for our residents, helping them lead fulfilling and independent lives. You’ll provide compassionate assistance and supervision, ensuring their safety and well‑being while contributing to the smooth operation of our program. This role requires you to be a positive role model, advocate, and communicator, working closely with residents, families, and our care team.

Shift Differentials

• $3.00 for 2nd shift: 3pm-11pm
• $4.50 for 3rd shift: 11pm-7am
• $1.00 for all weekend shifts

Responsibilities

Responsibilities align with the needs of our clients in assisting with daily activities to include, but not limited to the following:

• Meal preparation.
• Housekeeping.
• Companionship.
• Personal hygiene care.
• Transportation assistance.
• Other light duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Salary Range

USD $16.50 - $17.50 per hour.
