Job summary

Serenity Wellness Mental Health Center, LLC is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to help individuals with mental health needs lead fulfilling lives. You will support daily living activities, promote independence, and assist in personal growth in a compassionate, collaborative environment.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to implement individualized plans, document progress, and help clients engage in social and recreational activities.

• Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.

Nice to Have

• Certification in CPR and First Aid.
• Experience with crisis intervention techniques.
