The Arc Columbia-Saratoga County is seeking a Direct Support Professional to assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in daily living activities, including outings to SPAC, kitchen tasks, and daily chores.

Paid training is provided. We offer competitive pay ($21–$22/hr) with weekend and overnight differentials, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities with daily living tasks.

In this role, you could be taking a group to see their favorite artist at SPAC, helping someone learn measurement skills in the kitchen, or assisting with everyday living tasks like laundry. Every moment in this role is a chance to make a meaningful impact.

No experience? No problem! We provide paid training.
