Job summary

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with weekly payments. Starting pay is $17.00 per hour, and assignments vary by location, client needs, and contractor qualifications.

Qualifications

• Active Florida CNA license or completion of 40 hours Home Health Aide training.
• Valid government-issued identification.
• Ability to follow individual support plans and complete required documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support in the individual’s home and community.
• Assist with activities of daily living while encouraging independence.

• Support personal goals, routines, and independent living skills.
• Assist with meal planning, cooking, shopping, and light housekeeping.
• Encourage participation in recreational, social, and community activities.
• Assist with transportation to activities, appointments, or employment when authorized.
• Follow the support plan and document services provided.
• Communicate professionally with care coordinators and family members.
• Maintain accurate documentation and client health and safety.

As a Direct Support Professional, you will help individuals remain safe, develop daily living skills, participate in their communities, and work toward greater independence.

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity and is not a W-2 employment position. Available assignments vary based on geographic area, client needs, contractor qualifications, and availability.

What You’ll Do

Responsibilities may vary based on the individual’s needs and support plan and may include:

• Support personal goals, routines, and independent living skills
• Assist with meal planning, cooking, shopping, and light housekeeping

• Follow the individual’s support plan and document services provided
• Communicate professionally with care coordinators and authorized family members
• Maintain accurate documentation and support client health and safety

What You’ll Need
