Job summary

Covenant Case Management Services (CCMS) in Pinehurst, NC is seeking a compassionate Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide community living support and respite care for an individual with intellectual disabilities. You will help foster independence, promote community involvement, and ensure a safe, supportive home and community environment.

Responsibilities include 1-on-1 support, daily living tasks, personal care, meal prep, and documenting services in line with agency policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and active auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Experience supporting individuals with Intellectual Disabilities is preferred.
• Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Heart-centered, compassionate approach to care.

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide Community Living Support and Respite care for an individual with intellectual disabilities in the Pinehurst, NC area. In this role, you will play a vital part in fostering independence, promoting community inclusion, and ensuring a safe, supportive, and positive environment both in the home and in the community.

Position Details & Benefits

• Pay Rate: $16.75/ hour for CLS and $15.50 for Respite
• Schedule:Monday-Friday 10 am - 4 pm | Respite as needed on evenings/weekends
