Carefully Caring Home Care Agency seeks a Direct Support Professional to join our team in Chester, PA. You will assist in daily living activities for elderly clients and individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, and mental health needs.

This role emphasizes compassionate, client-centered care and clear communication with families and care teams. You will help create a safe, comfortable living environment, document progress, and collaborate to identify the best care opportunities.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in personal care or related fields preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience with intellectual disabilities/autism and mental health preferred.
• Must lift/move 50–75 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle required.
• Strong writing, analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Previous experience in personal care or other related fields
• High School diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• At least 1-2 years working with persons with intellectual disabilities/autism and mental health diagnosis
• Must be able to lift and/or move at least 50-75 pounds
• Valid Driver’s License and use of own personal vehicle required
• Must have proficient writing, analytical, presentation and clinical and interpersonal skills
• Ability to utilize critical thinking and judgment to resolve problems and issues independently.
