Job summary

SpringBrook Community of Onalaska is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Onalaska, WI. This role offers part-time and full-time schedules with Day, Evening, and Night shifts, plus weekend options and a $4 extra/hour for Weekend Warrior eligibility.

The DSP provides personalized care, assists residents with daily living activities, medication administration, and helps maintain a supportive, respectful environment. CNA or med-tech credentials are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, preferred.
• Previous experience in senior care or caregiving preferred.
• CNA certification, preferred.
• Medication technician certification, a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care, including laundry, bathing, dressing, and daily living activities.
• Build meaningful connections with residents and families.
• Respond to needs promptly and with compassion.
• Support the nursing team with delegated tasks as needed.

Shift Differentials:
