Job summary

ASG Home Care in New Jersey is hiring Direct Support Professionals to provide one-on-one, in-home and community-based support to individuals with developmental disabilities. You will follow each person’s ISP, promote independence, and help with daily living tasks.

Valid driver’s license preferred; CPR/First Aid; HS diploma or GED; 18+; flexible hours across New Jersey; growth opportunities within a DDD-focused agency.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
• Prior caregiving, DSP, or human services experience preferred but not required

Position Overview

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) with ASG Home Care, you will provide hands‑on support that promotes independence, community engagement, and daily living success. As a Direct Support Professional, you will work one‑on‑one with individuals in both home and community settings while following each person's Individualized Service Plan (ISP).

• Provide individualized home and community‑based support to individuals with developmental disabilities

• Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and transportation
