ASG Home Care in New Jersey is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities at home and in the community. We offer flexible hours and local cases across New Jersey.

As a DSP, you will work one-on-one to promote independence, following each client's ISP. The role includes personal care, transportation, and documenting services for the care team, with opportunities for growth within a DDD-focused agency.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Prior caregiving, DSP, or human services experience preferred but not required.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).

Position Overview

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) with ASG Home Care, you will provide hands‑on support that promotes independence, community engagement, and daily living success.
