Job summary

Northeast Arc is hiring a Direct Support Professional in Jay, Maine for a Part-Time 1st Shift. Training is provided and paid. No prior experience required; you’ll support adults with daily living skills, independence, and meaningful routines in a residential setting with a mission-driven team.

Earn $18–$22 per hour, with additional pay for certain qualifications, and benefits like PTO after 120 days and a 403(b) plan. Reliable transportation is expected.

Where You'll Work

Primary Location: Jay, Maine

Serve individuals in a supportive residential setting in the Jay community.
All mandatory trainings take place in Androscoggin County.
Must be willing to travel and have reliable transportation.

Week 1 8a-3p Friday Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday = 28
Week 2: Saturday 8a-8p, Sunday 8a-8p, with one 8a-1p week day=29
