Job summary

Peaceful Living is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Harleysville, PA. DSPs assist with life skills, daily living activities, transportation, and personal care, striving to help residents live their lives to the fullest.

Locations include Day Program in Harleysville (Mon–Fri 8am–3:30pm) and Residential Homes in Harleysville, Telford, and Lansdale with various shifts (full-time, part-time, PRN).

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma/GED.
• Have and maintain a valid driver's license and driving approval from Peaceful Living.
• Successfully pass and maintain all criminal background checks.
• Complete pre-employment physical and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities with life skills and activities of daily living.
• Assist with community participation, transportation, and personal care.
• Provide compassionate, reliable assistance to help residents live independently.

Direct Support Professional (DSP)- Harleysville, PA

Peaceful Living is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. DSPs provide much needed assistance and care to help others live their lives to the fullest. DSPs are there to support and assist with life skills, activities of daily living, community participation, transportation, and personal care. Peaceful Living is looking for kind, compassionate, and reliable people to join the team for this rewarding and fulfilling role.

Day Program Location/Hours

: Harleysville, Monday-Friday 8am-3:30pm, Full-time and Part-Time and PRN positions available

Residential Home Locations/Hours

: Harleysville, Telford, Lansdale 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am shifts available Full-time, part-time, PRN, weekend availability is a must. Overtime available if desired.

Compensation and Benefits for Full-time employees:

• $18.10 to $19.85 based on years of DSP experience, $.50 cent shift differential for hours worked between 3pm and 7am in Residential Services
