Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree OR a High School Diploma (or equivalent) WITH at least 2 years of relevant community-based experience.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Access to a reliable, well-maintained personal vehicle suitable for transporting individuals.
• Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities.
• Must be willing to undergo a background check, provide a driving record, complete a health screening, and submit onboarding documentation.
• CPR/First Aid certification is required but may be acquired during onboarding.
• Must have weekday daytime availability; no overnight shifts.

Role Description

This is an on-site position with the opportunity to build a full-time caseload combining the responsibilities of a Direct Support Professional (DSP) and Adult Companion (AC). In this position you will assist individuals with brain injuries, disabilities, and mental health conditions in their daily activities, support community integration, and provide ongoing care. Daily responsibilities may include offering personal care and fostering meaningful interpersonal connections.
