Job summary

The Arc Lexington in Albany, NY is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will provide one-on-one care, support daily activities, and help residents lead fuller lives.

We offer full-time and part-time roles with an hourly wage from $19.35 to $20.50, plus an additional $1 per hour for weekend shifts. Training is provided, and a comprehensive benefits package is available.

Qualifications

• New York State driver's license and at least two years of driving experience.
• Experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities is a plus.

The Arc Lexington has openings for both Full-Time and Part-Time positions. You'll start with pay rates ranging from $19.35 - $20.50 per hour. Most DSPs earn around $20.00 per hour. You can also earn an extra $1.00 per hour for weekend shifts.
