Job summary

Covenant Case Management Services in Charlotte is seeking a Direct Care Support Professional to provide hands-on care to a child in the community setting. You will support daily living activities and help clients participate in community activities and events.

The role requires a compassionate approach, reliable transportation, and the ability to coordinate with families and supervisors. Shifts occur after school and on Saturdays, with pay at $16.75 per hour.

• Minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience (preferred).
• Valid North Carolina driver’s license and reliable transportation (required).
• Ability to pass a background check.

Position Overview:

Work Schedule:

Contract Role, CLS: 15 weekly during school/28 weekly outside of school

M-F 3:30pm-8:30pm, Saturday 1pm-4pm

Pay Rate:

$16.75/hour
