Job summary

Covenant Case Management Services is seeking compassionate Direct Care Support Professionals to provide hands-on care for individuals with intellectual disabilities in home and community settings.

You will assist with daily living activities, support community participation, and collaborate with families to tailor care to each client. Strong communication with the team and strict adherence to safety guidelines are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 1 year caregiving experience preferred.
• Valid North Carolina driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to pass a background check.
