Schedule & Hours

You will work a Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday, or a Thursday, Friday, and Saturday for a 12 or 13 hour shift. Full-time employees work 36 hours per week.

Compensation

Standard hourly wage: $20.00 per hour for Monday 12:00am – Friday 11:59pm. Premium hourly wage: $30.00 per hour for weekend hours (Saturday 12:00am – Sunday 11:59pm). Average hourly wage: $23.33.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School diploma or GED
• At least 18 years of age
• Basic fluency in oral and written English
• Must successfully complete and maintain Medication Administration training certification
• Ability to stand up to 2 hours while administering medications
• Ability to provide medication to individuals who are not willing or able to receive medication in the designated med room
• Computer experience and comfort navigating technology
• Passable criminal background checks including motor vehicle driving records
• Pass pre-employment drug screening and reasonable suspicion testing per Aspire Inc.’s Drug Free Workplace Policy
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, squatting, climbing stairs, pushing/pulling wheelchairs

Licenses & Required Testing

• Valid driver’s license and evidence of insurability upon hire
• Safe driving record, at least 3 years of driving experience if under 21, insurable under company insurance policies
• Successfully complete all required agency training within allotted time and recertify annually
