Job Title

Direct Support Professional/Driver / AMAP for Residential Group Home

Report to: Shift Supervisor/Assistant Manager

Location: 4244 Vireo, Bronx, NY 10470

Job Classification: Part‑time

FLSA: Non‑exempt

Salary: $18 – $19 per hour

Available Shifts

• Thursdays: 2 pm – 10 pm
• Fridays: 10 pm – 8 am
• Saturdays: 10 pm – 8 am

Brief Job Description

The Direct Support Professional is responsible for implementing Individual Service Plans, understanding individual needs, and advocating for residents. The role supports individuals to achieve functional independence, implements Residential Service Plan goals, documents progress, and assists with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).

Experience

• 1–2 years in human or health services preferred but not required.
• Preferred prior experience in a residential group home setting.

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
