Progress Industries, Newton, IA, is seeking a Direct Support Professional to provide support, skill training, and therapeutic instruction to persons served. You will help individuals increase independence in daily living and health, while promoting socialization, community inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Provide support, skill training and therapeutic instruction to persons served
• Develop, maintain, increase, or maximize an individual's independence in self-care, physical, mental, and emotional health and development
• You will provide quality services that promote socialization, community inclusion, leisure, and communication skills
• Work closely with persons served, their families, Progress Industries staff and community individuals to achieve quality outcomes

Sign On Bonus $500

Hourly Position available for weekdays and every other weekend.
